As we reflect on 2024, we are filled with gratitude for your trust and partnership. This year has been an exciting and transformative one for Mueller Yurgae Associates, and we’re thrilled to share some of the highlights that made it special.
We’re proud to announce that MYA was named a Top Workplace for the second year in a row—a recognition that speaks to the dedication, passion, and culture of our incredible team. Investing in our people is at the heart of who we are, and this year, we took that commitment to the next level.
To better serve the evolving needs of our clients, we restructured our organization into four specialized divisions: Corporate & Support, Grocery North, Grocery South, and Convenience, Specialty, and Distribution (CSD). This strategic realignment, along with a significant investment in our workforce, empowers us to deliver sharper insights, deeper expertise, and stronger results for our clients.
Throughout the year, we’ve seen the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry continue to evolve. Consumers are prioritizing convenience, transparency, and sustainability in their purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, inflation and supply chain challenges have reshaped how brands and retailers operate, emphasizing the importance of balancing affordability with quality. At MYA, we’re proud to have supported our clients through these changes, ensuring their products are positioned for success in a competitive market.
As we look ahead to 2025, our mission remains steadfast: to align the goals of the brands we represent with the evolving needs of the market. Through data-driven insights, expanded retail distribution, and stronger retailer partnerships, we are dedicated to supporting our clients at every turn.
To allow our team to enjoy time with their loved ones, MYA offices will close at noon on December 24th and remain closed on December 25th. Offices will also close at noon on December 31st and remain closed on January 1st.
