Mueller Yurgae Associates (MYA) is proud to once again be recognized as a Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register, marking the fourth consecutive year MYA has earned the honor.
The 2026 Top Workplaces program recognized 133 employers across Iowa, with MYA ranking among the state’s midsize employers. Members of the MYA team recently attended the annual Top Workplaces celebration at the Prairie Meadows Conference Center to accept the award and celebrate alongside other recognized organizations.
What makes the Top Workplaces award particularly meaningful is how it is determined. Unlike many business awards, Top Workplaces recognition is based on confidential feedback from employees collected through an independent survey administered by Energage. Employees provide feedback about their workplace experience, including areas such as leadership, communication, appreciation, company direction and culture.
For MYA, earning the recognition for four consecutive years reflects the people and culture that have remained at the center of the organization as it continues to grow.
